Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own.
But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead,
I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:13, 14 ESV
Previously, many people in our country truly believed in God, trusted in Him to lead us, and valued the moral and spiritual principles clearly stated in the Bible. Society no longer holds to these principles, but we Christians do. God reminds us that we are sojourners longing for our true home. As we wait, He encourages us to “Press On” to what lies ahead, our upward call to heaven. May we keep our eyes on Jesus while planting seeds of the gospel of truth wherever and whenever the Spirit provides opportunity.
